The Mars Rover Simulator gives you the feel of piloting a 2/3 scale Sojourner rover on the Martian landscape. The rover travels on a simulated Martian terrain that is housed in a pyramid enclosure. The visitor controls the rover via a joystick and views the simulation from a small camera on the Sojourner rover. A 360-degree mars landscape is on the circumference of the enclosure giving a realistic image on the monitor. This experience is a perfect complement to the Mars Flyer Simulator, which is searching for a disabled Sojourner.
